to be satisfied is to have your expectations met. my expectations were met, therefore I was satisfied. I am not sure what it would take to be highly satisfied. apparently, to receive something that I wasn't expecting.

Everything was fine at the gas station, it was just cold out. Wish we had some to pump the gas when it's cold.

The cashier was very friendly, he smiled and seemed like he really enjoys his job. i shop at murphy often because of the prices and easy in and out access.

when I got to the counter there was no attendant cuz there's only one, if she's in the bathroom we have to wait, they don't get in a hurry even when they see a line of people waiting. That really not good customer service but we've gotten used to it because you have to, it would be nice that when they see a long line of people, at least they could say I'm sorry for the inconvenience, generally that does not happen.

Easy access in and out. No problems with pumps or reading of card.
