about 1/3 of the pumps requested customer to go inside to pay..it meant moving car several times..along w/other customers..just a mess

I get an average of 17 miles per gallon except when I get gas at this location. When I buy gas here, I get 14.3 miles per gallon of gas. Considering your prices are now the same as everyone else's prices, I wind up paying more for the lesser mileage.

I must turn in my gas receipts to be reimbursed for my travel mileage. I do not understand why the pump asks if you want a receipt when there is no paper in the receipt printer. When you wait in the line to request a receipt – you get a dirty look and a long sigh.

The card reader did not operate properly and I needed to wait on line to report the problem though when I was able to, the attendant did remedy.

I was interested in learning about a customer loyalty program, specifically a program that offers cash rebates, price per gallon gas discounts, and cross-membership rewards and savings between Walmart and Murphy, but didn't find anything.

Disarray waiting for pump - no traffic pattern control. Receipt did not print - a very frequent problem at this location.

I was waiting on line to get to ;the gas pump. I was next in line behind the second pump. The first pump was not being used as simeine just left. Two cars went around me ane the car being filled and pulled in to fill up. Someone behind me, also waiting nicely on line, got out of his car and started yelling at the car that got in front of me. This has happened to me several times. Also cars go around the island and drive in facing me to fill. I find both situations dangerous and I expect to see an accident when cars have to go around these rude drivers. There has to be a way of only having one way entrances to the pumps.

the traffic pattern is horrendous. no one directs it, and drivers create very dangerous situations. there was a screaming cursing man who scared us all

The organization/spacing isn't great so lines are really piles of cars creating congestion and not allowing other cars to leave or form lines, which created hostile customers. The congestion also slowed the flow of traffic making wait time even longer.

There is consistently a huge problem with lanes going in different directions and cars pushing in at dangerous angles . nothing will be done until someone gets hurt!
