the traffic patterns here are abysmal! it's a free for all, and cars honk, people swear... surprised there aren't more accidents

When I selected my gas grade which was the middle grade, the pump was on the higher grade. The lines were backed up and 2 pumps were blocked off because of some type of work being done

I wanted to use my SAMs card but the line was to long to ask and the signage only said you get a discount with a Walmart card but in the store you can use either.

I used my Walmart credit card and the pump did not charge the reduced price per gallon for using my Walmart card.

This is an extremely congested station. Cars going in opposite directions, cars parking to purchase items from cashier. There is no organization of how people enter or exit this station. I'll go to another Murphy station, or go to Chevron, but will avoid this station whenever possible. It's way too chaotic.

lines at the pump. no direction of traffic flow. need to have one direction in and one out.

This location is not set up with any indication as to how cars should enter the pumps. Because the fuel lines are not long enough to reach over a car, cars must enter with the fuel fill side to the pump. I was blocked in for 20 minutes when a car going the other way pulled up head on the the car in front of me, so in addidtion to waiting for the first car in line to finish pumping, I and the car in front of me had to wait for the car that came head in to finish

The pump readers at this location regularly do not accept credit cards. I treied 3 different credit cards, and it would accept none of them. After reaching the "manager on duty," I asked who could be told this was unacceptable, she said she didn't know, and couldn't tell anybody because this location was "corporate." WWhen asked who she reported to, she said nobody, because it was corporate. I am beginning to believe the readers intentionally do not work to force clients to hopefully buy other items at the "pay window." If that is the corporate intention, it is deceptive, and bordering on fraud. If it is not, replace these pumps with card readers that work.

too much congestion waiting for a pump and then again trying to exist because exit lanes were blocked by cars waiting for a pump

THE ATTENDANT WAS VERY RUDE INSTEAD OF HANDING ME MY ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED HE THREW THEM DOWN ON THE COUNTER INSTEAD OF PLACING THEM BACK IN MY HAND
