JEFFREY ALLEN WAS EATING A BAG OF CHIPS WHILE CHECKING ME OUT EVERY TIME I HANDED HIM AN ITEM HE THREW IT ON THE COUNTER INSTEAD OF HANDING IT BACK TO ME THAT WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, HE NEVER SAID ANYTHING POLITE TO ME AND FOR THE MOST PART IF THE GAS WAS NOT THE PRICE IT WAS I WOULD NOT RETURN BECAUSE OF HIM

I thought the service was excellent and the lines are short when I go on line to get my gas.

sometime it gets a bit overcrowded, I don't blame Murphys , it comes with the territory and the fuel prices

It was my first visit and I did not know where to obtain a receipt and no staff was available to help me. When I found a staff person, she just motioned with her hand and was no help. Finally found a counter hidden behind soda and snack machines. Couldn't get out of fuel line because cars went in all ways without regard to blocking cars. Will stick to Costco.

attendant not immediuately available

The pump I was at looked like number 1. She said it couldn't be and that the other number was likely rubbed off and to look more closely. First, she should know the numbers of the pump. Second, the station should be kept well enough that the pump numbers are highly visible. Third, being rude when I suggested that the numbers should be repainted is inexcusable.

the station was crowded , my pump was not working, I tried to use it but could not. I left and will have to return some other time. I could not purchase gas on this visit.

My credit card was not accepted at the pump. The pump kept saying "call an attendant". I tried twice but same result each time. I went inside to prepay for gasoline with the same credit card. The attendant couldn't care less that my card was not working at the pump. I called my bank for card failure. BankofAmerica said my card is fine, must be an issue with the gasoline pump. All in all, waste of time to get fuel and I didn't buy as much as needed because I was guessing at the amount to prepay inside the store.

The pump did not stop and it overflowed onto my shoes and the ground.

CARS SHOULD GO ONE WAY AT THE PUMP, NOT EACH LANE AND EACH CAR AT PUMP FACING IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS. AT ONE PUMP YOU CAN HAVE A CAR FACING ONE WAY AND THE PUMP IN SAME LANE THE CAR FACING OPPOSITE. IT LIKE BUMPER CARS TRYING TO FIND A WAY OUT OF A MAZE AND AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN I DOUBT THE HAND SANITIZERS ARE EVER RE-FILLED AS THEY ARE ALWAYS EMPTY
