The pump keeps shutting off very frequently as I am gassing up.

This particular worker inside the Murphy station was not at all friendly. She did not bother to greet me, look me in the eyes or thank me after I had paid. I feel that these "niceties" should be considered as "necessary" behavior to be employed at Murphy USA - especially as so many people are looking for work! It does not take any longer to be friendly and kind to customers than it takes to make us feel like a "nothing". As I had purchased both fuel and cartons of cigarettes, my entire spending at Murphy during this visit was well over $100. For this amount of money, I feel I should at least be looked in the eye and thanked.

A fuel truck was delivering fuel and some lanes were coned off, but no problem, since the driver was doing his job.

The pump area is almost always congested. A problem of your success? Usually have among the lowest gas prices in area, and located next to a Wal-Mart. Same entrance road for both.

Too many senior citizens blocking the entrance and exit

congestion from other cars going in opposite directions

Each time I get gas (at different times), the line is so long and those waiting are not really polite!

It is difficult to get in an out of the service station, and this is the first time I am using Murphy USA.

I was highly satisfied.
