I tried to use my prepaid Walmart gift card to pay at the pump, but kept getting error message informing that the pump was not set up to accept my Walmart gift card. So I had to lock up my car and go to the mini-kiosk to ask cashier to assist me.

a chaotic in and out experience. need arrows and lines to guide customers around in a organized manner.
