They have one of the cheapest prices on gas in my area

tight small space, long lines

This location is extremely crowded and tough to exit out of. Also, I have had problems several times with the zip code reader and lack of receipts at pump.

Hard to get in and out of this location.

The wait was extraordinarily long, and the person at the pump opposite me was on the wrong side of the pump and couldn't reach his gas tank, and wanted everyone in my lane to let him in front of us.

To much cars waiting to get gas.

I don't give Highly Satisfied responses unless the circumstances are really fantastic. In general, the fill up event is usually very straight forward and satisfactory considering the traffic at the pumps. Sometimes, more than expected, the pump printer doesn't print the receipt because of paper out or other customers not removing their receipt properely so the next print operation works. Overall, I find the fill up experience at MurphyUSA Satisfactory.

When I entered my gift card the screen offered me several choices - which took me some time to figure out - they had nothing to do with the fuel choice - they were trying to sell me something.... Annoying!

Pump was screwed up. Gas pumped slow. Small area. Huge tanker trucks are always in the way.
