I have a coupon through this survey for a free dr pepper and the clerk at Murphy said I cannot use it. Give me useful rewards!!

Rude staff unclean.

There was a walk up convenience window. To get to said window, there was not easy flow of people. Line took some time with only one attendant and I felt uncomfortable crowded into such a small space. Had I known, I would not have stopped for fuel and cigarettes. I would have chosen to go elsewhere.

The pump malfunctioned initially. It took my Walmart Mastercard ok & went thru the lottery/receipt questions ok, but when I selected the grade it turned off. The attendant said that I had not been charged anything & to try again. When I tried again it worked but did not give me the 5 cent discount.

I go to this location frequently. They do not keep the receipt paper stocked in the machine and I have to go to the register to get a copy of the receipt. I track my mileage on the receipt paper and it is vital that the pump print out a receipt.

The prices were too high at this Murphy. I went 20 miles further north to Raleigh and got gas over a dime cheaper per gallon which makes no sense.

I didn't purchase anything bc the cashier refused to take my coupon bc she didn't know how to do her job. First time I have ever had a problem using the coupon at that Murphy's gas!!!

Push wrong answer l was very very satisfied as I am always. That is why I drive across town passing other gas stations to go to this one.

We were very unhappy. We used a card from Walmart to .03 off the price of gas. We were prompted in regard to playing the lottery and when we depressed the no key our .03 was taken away from the price. I am law enforcement and I know what a scam the lottery is and now I know that Murphy supports such a crooked game. It is designed to make money not give it away and it has people that are felons working there. I ran background checks on them
