When I paid for my gas, the attendant failed to tell me the pump I was on was not in service. It was cold and raining. When I went back to tell her the pump was not working, she was sitting at the window eating and just said " oh its probably not working, go to number six". Bad customer service. No apology for the inconvenience or anything of the sort. The attendant should be more attentive to whether the pumps are working rather than just guessing that they are broken.
