There is a man that lives in a truck with hutch on back and he constantly is going from car to car asking for gas money. I'd appreciate someone to at least tell him not to ask for money. He i s there everyday. His truck never moves. He even asks people who get off to buy something. I have seen him there over a month. Putting gas in ones vehicle should feel safe, with him there, coming up to you as you are getting your card or cash out to pay, feels really unsafe.
