Well I now realize that I did not purchase gas on this visit. I bought a pack of cigarettes and a soda. The attendant was the same man I had issues with before. This time , I went to pay for my merchandise and he was having a lengthy discussion with another man. I stood there for 5 minutes while the attendant kept talking with the other man. The attendant did not politely ask the other man to step aside so he could help me instead he just kept talking. The only reason I ended up being waited on was because the previous customer turned and saw me so he moved out of the way so I could be checked out.

I used my Walmart credit card expecting to get .05 off per gallon but the pump didn't change the price. When I asked the attendant about it, he said Walmart cancelled that feature.

Always seem to be a problem to pay at pump then people are rude

Not satisfied. Card reader did not work. Had to wait in line.

I DON'T THINK I GOT 3¢ PER GALLON OFF ALWAYS HAVE TROUBLE WITH PUMPS ALL OVER I GO TOOTALLS

Tried to use the free dr pepper from mini survey attendant did not know how to redeem it.

The pump i was on kept on hanging and wont work properly after 3 tries.

i wanted to but 10 packs of cigs and she would not ring them up as individual she just wanted to ring up as carton which i did not want. so she told me i had to buy 12 packs not ten if i did not want carton price i have bought 10 packs all the time there she is the only one that is rude and wont let me there was also someone else wanted the same they walked off and left

On a previous visit I purchased a carton of ligget light cigarettes that were discounted because they were close to expiring. I got that carton of cigarettes for only $13.39. Which this was really great because I am on a fixed income. The only reason I came back to murphy's was to purchase another carton of discounted cigarettes if there were any available. The attendant that was working this time looked at me like I was crazy when I asked him about it. He called his manager which took a really long time so a line formed behind me so I felt horrible for that. I told him to forget about it and that I would come back another time he said no i'm calling my manager she just won't answer her phone. He talked to his manager about the situation and she said she could only discount the carton by $10.00. I got the carton since it was still the cheapest cigarettes but what makes me really upset is that there was no communication among the workers about the discounts. So there was no consistency in the pricing. This is why I am upset and highly dissatisfied with my trip to murphy's.

I'm noticing that you don't always have the Newport Smooth Select 100s in a carton available. I hate driving that far and you never have a carton or only have one carton in stock.
