Why do I have to be Highly Satisfied? If the business is doing it job, satisfied is the best experience. Highly Satisfied is if the business went beyond its normal business function. I did not need for anyone to do more than just let me get my gas in a timely manner. If I had problems and the employee handle the situation beyond what was required as part of his job then I would have been HS. That is not to take away from the employee or business, good service is what I want.

Pump cut off before done pumping and had to pay again in order to get more gas.
