The cigerettes there were nearly twocw the price of the cigerette only a few miles away at another mufphys station really? That is rediculous.

Long wait at pumps and in line

I have sent in a complaint. I was injured due to a layer of ice on the pavement. There was no sign to warn people. The customers in line had to help me get up. Your attendant never even asked if I was alright. I'm on disability due to 4 back surgeries. All of my lumbar disc are fused. My left elbow is severely swollen & bruised. My back & tail bone are causing me a lot of pain. I went to Urgent Care the same day to have my arm x-rayed. They wrapped my arm to keep the swelling down & I've got to see my orthaepedic doctor to have my back checked. More doctor bills are the last thing I needed. I live on social security so my income is very tight. I always purchase my fuel at your stores. I just hope I was the only one that got hurt.

Clerk was on a personal phone call during transaction,seemed more concerned with phone call,didn't thank me until I thanked her as I was leaving,may seem trivial but I think it was very rude and disrespectful

I paid 1.39 for one small candy bar. The attendant did not tell me there were far better deals available than the one I stuck myself with.I get my reciept and see I could have gotten TWO mars chocolate bars for 1.50

I selected regular gas and was charged for super unleaded. I pumped 9.098 gals and was charged $25.83. The attendant refunded a couple dollars but that didn't really cover the difference. I frequent my local Murphy station in Bartlett, TN. So, I know how to use the pumps. The price was supposed to be based on $2.43 per gallon. I'm not sure I received the $.05 discount either. I used my Walmart Mastercard for this purchase. I use this card at my local station where I get the discount every time. Don't know what happened - but it was a bit frustrating. Please advise.

I know you can't control how backed up the pumps are, but it was just to busy and no body could navigate around the small area. Also, I didn't just wanted to swipe, pump, go.. but I ended up swipe, swipe, walk around 4 cars, pay at register, go pump then finally left.

When there's a line wrapped around the corner and I have already finished n transaction I Dont appreciate being asked a million questions and he store looked like trash and was dirty for it not being that busy the girl that closes at night has far more of a line and gets thing done effectively and keeps line moving with having a huge crowd versus a slow day is what it appeared and yet still a trashy looking like location

I was not greeted by the attendant, and he didnt even thank me. His name is Jacob Weston and this is the second time this has happened to me, while he was on duty. If this is how Murphy USA treats its customers, then Ill start taking my money elsewhere. He didnt smile or anything; and he's always mad!

The cashier was unconvinced by my coupon and didn't know what she was doing
