Lots of ice around pumps...very slippery at window

Standing outside to pay and get the things you need from inside when it is extremely cold outside is not pleasant. Counting or getting cash out around other people outdoors is not very safe.

The pump was working flawlessly, albeit slowly due to patronage (all other pumps in continuous use), and the five cent discount was lovely, but I have a personal philosophy that it is not possible to reach absolute perfection within any system. In my view, High Satisfaction equates to perfection. Thus my slightly less than Highly Satisfied response. Please understand, the station and system I used were working optimally, and I will surely be returning for more fuel.

Consider "nobody's" perfect - "Highly" is reserved for something out of the ordinary. If I'm not unhappy - I'm satisfied!

It would take a lot to get a highly satisfied mark from me for just pumping my own gas.

I found the videos at the pump annoying. Why do they thank us for being the #1 gas pump video service? We don't have anything to do with that as customers and we don't choose between "channels" so the whole thanking thing felt fake and obnoxious. Just let us pump our gas in peace, we don't need to be ambushed with advertising at all times.
