3 of us waiting to make purchases. No attendant in sight. Knocked on Windows several times and looked around the lot. When she finally appeared the first words out of her mouth were I should have yelled louder for her because she was all the way in the back. She just couldn't believe we didn't make more of an attempt to get her. Wow. Just wow. Way to blame the customer for trying to spend their hard earned money. Zero customer service. I left never wanting to return. We spend $300 a week on groceries here and $50 a week on gas. No desire to return.

I use a walmart credit card, that comes with a discount I thought. However the pump charged me full price, NO DISCOUNT !!!! Very bad service on walmarts end. I recieved notice how you are not giving the 5% discount anymore, but I still thought I got 2%, huh I guess I was wrong, Very disappointed in the Walmart service. Will be going somewhere else now. I will be warning others of the situation.

Dangerous gas nozzle malfunction, the nozzle did not turn off, gas was flowing to the ground. Attendant said it was my fault and there was no problem with the nozzle and that "only 50 cents of gas spilled". There has clearly been a problem with this pump because I noticed, after the incident, that it was the only pump with absorbant material sprinkled on the ground around this pump. I do not feel I should pay for the "extra 3 gallons" that spilled on the ground. I also do not appreciate the fact that my gym shoes now smell like gas after having to wlak around in the gas that overflowed to the ground. I only have a 10 gallon tank which was only 3/4 empty. Your attendant was rude and clearly did not care about the obvious safety issue with this nozzle. I have never had this situation occur with a pump and do not appreciate your attendant's obvious lack of concern for safety.
