I requested 3 packs of Virginia 120 menthol Gold pack and they were out again. So I got one pack of a regular size.

There is always room for improvement as a former businessman of 40 years .

This visit was a routine, normal visit/stop at Murphy's. Nothing out of the ordinary occurred. Murphy's was all it is usually. Didn't notice anything out of the ordinary with Murphy's usually great performance and products. So, I was "satisfied". Now, if I had won the lottery, found a $20 dollar bill, or been given a 50% discount on my gas purchase... well, then I'd have been "highly satisfied". Come on you guys, your question implies you're not satisfied with having satisfied customers!! Say WHAT???

Nothing occurred during my visit that was above my expectations.

I used to get .10 a gal off at the pump. I would search out murphy pumps for this reason. Now you are no better than any other joe blow at 2% of at the end of the month. I think you have ruined your following because of it.

Waited for pump. Clutter close to all lines.

Just location entrance and exit for pattern of traffic a minor issue or struggle
