Since it is self-service, its difficult to give a Highly Satisfied to myself. Overall the experience was good.

It can get congested getting in and out of the parking area

On the way to Chattanooga I saw gas at another station cheaper. On my way out of the city, the price had changed and was now lower. I am big on price but I use Murphy gas almost exclusively in my tank. I was so pleased to see the price change. Murphy has so many pumps I hardly ever wait and being a female I feel safe at this station. Keep up the good work.

No receipt tape at pump had to go to cashier.

The pump I approached at first had a taped sign on it saying "Cash Only." I had to relocate to another pump; I was pulling a U-Haul trailer.

Windshield cleaning brush bad and little liquid in bucket.

Paid at pump but the receipt came out and then went back into the slot. So I had to go to the kiosk to get my receipt. The fellow there was friendly and I got my receipt but the pump should be fixed.

I´ve heard that the gasoline in Murphy is cheap and not as good as others, so I´m skeptical, but overall everything went well.
