I seldom rate anyone highly satisfied.

It was cold outside....No problems

The pump required my pin number for the murphy card. I entered the pin number; however, the pin number did not show up on the screen when I entered it. I tried to cancel it; however, it would not let me. I had to wait a few minutes, then it reset itself. Hopefully, my information was not still active. I moved to a different pump, and I used the same murphy card and the pin number showed up on the screen like this **** where as the previous pump did not do this. I just hope it was just a malfunction and not a tampered pump.

On the way to work always got an open pump and prices are the best in town!

All I got was gas with my card. Did not interact with anyone.

The thought I paid for regular unleaded; however, when I look at my receipt, I had paid for Super Unleaded. I don't know if they charged me wrong or I chose the wrong pump.

The attendant was great. I made a split payment purchase and It was a issue with the card reader. The attendant made a suggestion and the issue was resolved. I began to pump my gas and the pump was stopping as if my car was full. It continued the entire pumping session. Next time I will pick a different pump. Overall, I had a few issues but this will not stop me from going because attendants are always nice, pumps are always available, and prices are always low.

The lady was on the phone and seemed disinterested that we were there. It seemed her phone call was more important than servicing the people in line. And after she got off the phone she has a conversation with the second lady in line.

I did not have to wait for a pump and could quickly go about my day without lengthy interruptions. This Murphy is in a convenient location that is not in a high crime area. The same card is often refused at the pump for no obvious reason at various Murphy locations including this one. I usually have to walk to the cashier and wait in line using when I am refused. Totally arbitrary. I might add that I have difficulty walking and become irritated when I must wait in line to complete my transaction for no reason. This visit was super.
