I have a Walmart credit card just supposed to give me three cents off per gallon. The price was l $2.119. I should've had three cents off making it $2.089which is what it showed on the on the pump that I should get that price. However I was charged the full regular price and this is the second time this is happened. Please respond to this as I feel that this is a ongoing occurrence

A person in a fuel tanker almost hit my car five different times. I was just satisfied!
