Wait time was minimal, attendant was courteous and friendly. Tried to cash in a lottery ticket that the pack had not been activated on. Attendant tried to activate it but wouldn't work. She then offered to call her boss to try to resolve the issue. I told her not to worry about it I'd just come back later. She asked if I was sure and continued to apologize.
