I was not unsatisfied. I pumped my own gas and spoke to no one. It was cold and windy so I cared only about pumping and going. It was a normal experience

I think being Highly Satisfied about getting gas is a bit over rated. To get that the station would have to be perfect, and I haven't ever found a station like that. This station is where I go for all my gasoline. they used to have hand cleaner there and I used it every time, but when they ran out, it wasn't replaced. I miss that as the pumps have the most germs anywhere.

When the advertising TV was added at the pumps, the fueling speed (gpm) was slowed W-A-Y down. After complaints, it was speeded up again, but I don't think it's as fast as before, or else it just seems slower because of the irritating TV. At one time, this station bragged, in print, that it had the fastest flow rate in town. I think that's a cool selling point.
