I was using my Walmart credit card with the intention to receive a savings at the pump. I was unaware that the police had changed. I could've got gas on my way to work that morning $0.10 cents/gallon cheaper that morning.

I know that this is not the attendants fault and probably due to company policy. After purchasing the cigarettes, I requested change for a 20 and was informed that the register could not be opened, therefor I had to drive a few miles out of my way to go to the drive-thru.
