The only reason why I did not mark highly satisfied, is that I pulled up to a pump and when I got out it had a note that stated pre-payment had to be made inside, so I decided to move to another pump instead of going inside to make payment. This is not usually a problem, but just happened to occur this time. So didn't mark highly satisfied because there was a slight inconvenience.
