I had Only put $5.00 in the pump after PrePay at the pump w/ a debit card of my daughter's vehicle. an Additional $19-$20 was put on HOLD on the CARD when it should have been only $5.00 on HOLD. I never had this issue but my daughter has w/ her card. W/a debit card. I wasn't aware of this at time getting gas until she called. they told her to call number back of her card. She's had this done to her more than numerous times as I wasn't aware of this until today. There shouldn't be that much put on Hold as the ONLY amount should be on HOLD is the AMOUNT SPENT ONLY. Otherwise you will LOSE Customers AND I know better than this as this is really against the law in Rules & Regulations of any business trying to HOLD more than the amount Spent. I don't feel like my business is appreciated. The staff is not friendly at all. I had to wait for the clerk to activate the pump while they were doing something outside. They didn't even say anything.
