It wasn't so much of Murphy USA I caught them during a busy time of the day .

I stay like 3 minutes from Murphy and I am a regular customer that have meet mostly all employees who are working on that shift for the day and I have had some that have brighten my day up. I also have had some that have not said one word which turned me off of coming to Murphy. I would drive 8 minutes to raceway.

It is ALWAYS a nightmare getting in and out of the parking lot and people pull up to the pumps that are not even getting gas. There is only 1 attendant and the line to check out is always extremely long. You have the lowest gas prices in town but it sure is a headache going there.

No problem with attendant/store appearance. I am a little skeptical that the odds of winning anything in your survey is remote at best. I shop there because it is convenient for me to do so.

I am use to getting a better discount from my Walmart card. But now I have to go inside Walmart, put money on a gift card and then pump gas.

The Parking lot at this particular Murphy Express needs to be bigger. There is not enough space to get in and out conveniently.
