Wanted to get gas, but was to busy and lane 3 was still blocked off. It has been blocked off for over a week. Lane 4 is usually blocked off too. Pulling in and out of the station is horrible when there are people waiting to get to the gas.

Pumps not operating correctly and area too congested around pumps

They were very slow

COULDN'T READ THE PRICE TO WELL. IT LOOK LIKE IT WAS $2.17, BUT WAS $2.81 INSTEAD & WAS SUPER INSTEAD OF REGULAR. WHEN I REALIZED THE ERROR I STOPPED PUMPING. ALSO A FULL TANK WILL USUALLY LAST AT LEAST A WEE. THIS ONLY LASTED FOUR DAYS!

The attendant was very hostile did not show professional customer service.He gave me the wrong product myself not realizing it until after I got home. I made a trip back to Murphy told attendant he sold me the wrong packs of cigarettes I asked for Pall Mall 100 ...He gave me kool's 100 both are same color although the price is different when he wrong up purchase I told him they had gone up since a couple days ago his response was they been that price for a while not realizing they were not what I asked for. When I went back to store and told him he sold me the wrong pack he became argumentative. He do not be a cashier if he can't be courteous to customer!!!

My husband smokes so I usually buy the 5 cartons each month when they are on sale!! I live 40 miles away so I call to see if they are available yet????? The girl told me they had plenty so I didn't have to put some on hold for me!!!! When I got there to get them I was told they were out!!! I said I called & was told you all had plenty & was no need to hold any for me!!! So the clerk told the manager & she ask me what the girls name was that told me that so I told her & she then went & got them for me!!!!! Then I had coupons so there was another problem with them taking the coupons!!! Just a bad experience!!! Ppl need to do their jobs & offer good customer service!!!The Murphy USA in Evans GA is usually where I go but they are a lot more friendly & helpful!!! Both are very busy so that is not the issue!!! They always act ugly when I go there!! The manager said I have been here 15 yrs. Maybe she needs to go elsewhere??? Bad attitudes there!!!
