The attendant failed to have receipt paper in the pump printer, so I had to go inside. She was on a personal call and acted as if it was inconvenient for her to print me a receipt.

Why is it today wherever we go there has to be noise? Not only do I not want to listen to all that dribble it was EXTREMELY loud. At least at Quick n easy I have the option of muting there "tv".

As stated in the earlier question, the pumps all have video screens with the volume of the audio turned up VERY LOUD. It was impossibe to hear or talk with through the open window to someone seated inside the vehicle. In fact, the siren of a fire engine headed to a nearby business was hard to hear over the video speakers. There should be some way to reduce the volume, or better MUTE it entirely while using the pump.

I notified the attendant that the pump was leaking fuel as I pumped it into my car and got all over the side of my car. The attendant didn't appear to be very concerned.

I was satisfied. If I marked dissatisfaction, it was an accident

I went in after pumping my fuel, because I needed to use the bathroom. The girl told me I could not use the bathroom that no on could. I ask why not and what was it for if no one could use it? She replied that someone sometime ago had destroyed the bathroom and now it was re-done an nice and no on can use it except the employees. Let me tell you I have been at your station there before and your employees are much shadier then the people that buy fuel there. Especially there friends that hang around there. So NO I will not be back there again. I will make sure tell others as well.

The attendant was not inside the station, she was outside talking to some guy in a car for over 15 minutes!!! I hollered at her that I wanted to check out, she ignored me and kept talking! I had fast food in my truck that was getting cold, I waited patiently, more people came in asking where the attendant was, I pointed to outside, and a lady went out there and said HEY WE WANT TO CHECK OUT, she said wait a minute! We all waited and waited, 15 minutes of waiting, we were all stuck like a bug in a rug, it was uncalled for!!! She finally came in and said I am sorry for your wait, that was my son and he needed directions. It was not acceptable, I told her she should be fired!

I lost my hearing while visiting this station because of the LOUD volume of the recently installed TV's. It was impossible to hear anything that my spouse was saying and also not possible to hear emergency vehicles when they went by on the road in front of the station. I don't want to hear a bunch of commercials while pumping gas. In addition to NOT purchasing gas as long the TV's are present, I will also NOT purchase any of the advertised products. It is ridiculous to be subjected to this kind of noise pollution - anywhere!!!!! I experienced a similar situation at one of the local grocery stores - they no longer have them because of all of the complaints.
