The ease of entering the property and the pumps. The pumps always work well and at a satisfactory speed. When I do visit the cashier, they are always friendly and helpful.

The gas prices were great the attendant was polite and friendly the pump area was free of clutter or trash it was a very clean and speedy experience as always at this particular Murphy's

There are very friendly folks who work at this location in Bay Minette, AL. While they may not know your name, they do know your preferences for tobacco products if you frequent there regularly. One clerk in particular knew from the cigarettes I was purchasing (2 types) who my husband was and said how pleasant he was each time he visited there. That is customer service to be so attentive to detail!
