No reason in particular. However, waiting in line in the cold makes it less of a comfortable experience.

The line was long, but I soon realized that it had nothing to do with the attendant but the other customers being very slow and now knowing what they wanted ahead of time.

I would like to have been able to add funds from the window to my Wal-Mart gift card. This service transaction can only be done in the store. Not always convenient.
