Dangerous location. NO way out if the only way in/out has wreck, fire or other disaster

Hard to get in and out of. Only one entrance and it is a very narrow entrance. Right next door to fast food so there is a lot of traffic on the frontage road.

It's a gas station. Highly satisfied would be someone filling the tank and cleaning the windows.

The property is very narrow and traffic going to other businesses as well as Murphy Usa come togeather at one point

The exterior ALWAYS has boxes piled up outside and it's a cramped space to get in and out of.

Site could benefit from a second driveway, perhaps on the N. side. Reduce some of the congestion getting in and out.
