Paid at pump. I gave myself excellent service but can not grade Murphys for what I did.

it can be difficult to get in and out of at times. I get gas there often. Only one way in and out.

Always very busy. Have to wait for pump almost every time. Only one way in and out cars get backed up not only at the pump also at the entrance and exit.

layout is crowded with retail vending displays, making egress/exit difficult at times. also, a large storage bldg at end of main bldg by restrooms limits passage at busy times. layout needs to be stream lined to help easy in/easy out experience.

It had nothing to do with the service, it was the customers. They were rude and not courteous in that they did not seem to consider moving their vehicle from the gas pump to go visit the attendant to purchase items, etc., . It did not seem to phase them that others were waiting to use the pump while they leisurely strolled around.

The access and depart is very narrow and very difficult during peak periods. The price is the determining factor of using Murphy. Altho it is 25 mi. from my home it is a good deal since I can shop at WalMart, too.
