Where it is located vehicles start overrunning each other. Always a traffic jam

This is a VERY difficult location to get in and out of. Traffic backs up b/c there is only one way into the pumps and one way to exit. It is dangerous and ALWAYS busy. If someone stops to get air it literally blocks the exit. A thirty minute wait b/c you cannot move your vehicle is very frustrating. If in a hurry - I DO NOT USE MURPHY to get my fuel because of fuel lines, wait times, ease of access, and definitely would never use the corral shoot to pay at window.

Quick tank of gas

The traffic in and out of the fueling area is bottle necked to one, two lane entrance. This is quite small for such a store with that high of a volume of sales. The plaza it sits in is also home for a strip of 6 or 7 shops, a Lowes, BurgerKing, and of coarse, Walmart. An exit at the other end of the lot may solve some of the congestion.

I was on my way to start a 6 hour journey to Sarasota. I wanted to be as quick as possible at the pump so no one else had to wait and so I didn't lose time. The machine didn't read my card so I had to go to the attendant. A minor set back; the customer in front of me was very indecisive and took a long time but the attendant was very patient and helpful. She even apologized for the wait and inconvenience. I'm a patient person too so I didn't mind too much about the wait but her kindness made it all the better. Her name is Robin Angela, at store #6742.
