I specifically went to this location to purchase Skoal chewing tobacco. I asked the attendant for the particular brand that I needed (Skoal Wintergreen Longcut). After she looked for it she came back to the window and let me know that they had known. I then asked the attendant about the in stock guarantee. Her response was "what in stock guarantee? I have no idea what your talking about." So I pointed out the sign that was glued to the window under the prices for all the chewing tobaccos that said "in stock guaranteed. Ask an associate.". She stated that she know nothing about it so therefore it didn't apply and she couldn't help me. I felt that this was very rude and that if your store has a guarantee or a particular policy on something that all of your associates should be well informed of this and not just basically told to give a customer an answer to shut them up. I was very upset with her lack of knowledge of the stores policy or ability to assist me.
