Waited in line about 10 minutes for gas. Customer was not pumping gas so I thought they were finish getting gas and in line paying for purchase. Looked over at cashier and no one in line. Cashier outside stocking drinks in freezer. I asked her was customer in front of me in car. Customer was in the car on the phone. Cashier should be more observant and when customers are not getting gas they need to move out of line for other customers.

Only one diesel pump for all 5 lanes of fuel. Very small room to wait for pump causing backup for others trying to get to gas pumps

Poor lay out

sign in front of station indicated price of diesel was 3.08 if you used your credit card (Walmart credit card) which I did use but instead was charged 3.11 for the fuel. This was at Murphy USA 6746 8980 Pensacola Blvd FL

When I pulled up to the pump, there was a sign stating that only 87 octane was available for 2.289 a gallon at that pump which is what I wanted anyway. The other 2 options for fuel were covered with the sign After we fueled and started back home, I told my husband that the bill seem high. I looked at our receipt and it showed us purchasing SUPER UNLEADED fuel at 2.789 a gallon. We purchased 11.117 gallons and feel that we are owed a refund of $5.59 as this station is a 2+ hour drive away from where we live.

Nasty! Nasty! Restroom! When I walked into the restroom.... 1. The room REEKED of old cleaning and old urine mixed together. 2. The floor was dirty and sticky, as if it hadn't been mopped in years. 3. The big square commercial sink was full of trash: toilet paper, food wrappers. 4. No paper towels were available, if only to hold the dirty door handle on the way out.

Pump stopped working after pumping 2.584 gallons tried another pump it did not work at all. I have had problems almost every time I go here, mainly with the receipt printer and leaking fuel handles on the diesel pumps. Employees always tell me they report the problems. I have 8 trucks that refuel there because it is the best diesel price. I can be reached at 850 438 4453. Thanks Dan

After nearly completing the purchase of this fuel, I noticed that the card reader seal on this pump (#6) had been cut through indicating that the card reader had been tampered with. It would appear that someone has attempted to steal credit card information from this pump. I no longer trust this facility and will be extremely careful if I use another Murphy USA location. Someone at Murphy needs to attend to verifying the proper operation and security of this card reader immediately.

I tried three different pumps that morning and all three keypads failed to work. So I finally got attendant and he came out to fix the keypad. If the keypads have issues like he seemed to imply maybe time to change keypads with some that work. I almost drove off and got fuel some where else.
