The wait to get a receipt. Nobody put paper in the pump, so I had no to wait in line behind a customer that needed a lot of time to help. Receipt paper should be checked before the night shift!

Just had to wait several mins in line at register. A lady was writing a check I think and it took awhile because she said to go ahead and wait on everyone else.

Maybe the attendant was in training. There was another person in booth. Not very friendly.

Because when I had to find my Mountain Dew to drink I had to find the coldest one in the back of the cooler.

Considering that at this time all I needed was gas and the pump is self-service, I feel that the "Satisfied" answer is correct.

No reason in particular. The attendant, Loretta, was very friendly and very courteous. She is an asset to your establishment.

Very crowded location. not much room to drive
