I selected the Fuel Additive and it did or did not give it to me. This is the second time I have gambled on the fuel additive. The consumer has no idea if they got the product or not. Won't happen again. Stupid me.

I went to your location today specifically to purchase cigarettes since you do offer the 3 and 5 pack specials. I asked the attendant one simple question, How many dollar off packs of Marlboro Menthol Light shorts do you have in the rack, attendant proceeded to pull one pack out and ask did I only want one, I said I want to know how packs are in the rack. She then asked do you want a carton, again no all I wanted to know was how many packs were actually in the rack so I that could decide which special I would get. The attendant was very rude and acted like it was a bother for her to turn around and count the the packs. I am pretty sure this was the same attendant that I had previously had a bad experience with, only that time I left without making any purchase and took my business elsewhere. Having worked in Customer Service for over 20+ years I personally would not have this person working for me as she has no idea how to provide great customer service.

The wrong grade of fuel was pumped and charged for when I know that I selected Regular unleaded fuel. But the lady at customer service gave me a credit for the overage that I paid so I feel better.

they changed the way you pay & even workers hadnt known about change without learning out about it on their own (payment methods & prices) Also pump wouldn't operate one round & then still counted that mess up as a round & then would not serve me a third round.

the gas pump was broken and nothing was on it I had to go to the store clerk and have him tell me

Cashier was stocking drinks and made a line of customers wait till she was done.

My car stalled 10 times before I could get to a car dealership nearby. The fuel was bad! I was driving from Augusta to Winston-Salem and had no problem with my car before this fillup. The gas price was cheap so I got what I paid for. Won't use Murphy gas again!

9/1/17 and Murphy gas was price gouging selling this gas at $3.04 per gallon when the day before this gas was $2.49 per gallon. cheeters

Selected regular grade fuel and was charged for premium. Attendant said it happened before but couldn't help. He gave me a phone number to call tomorrow when a manager would be there. I wonder how many other customers have paid and not checked. I check because I am retired and on a fixed income. Also there was to receipt paper at the pump. The pump should be shut down until the issue is fixed.

I was totally satisfied!
