The attendant asked me for I.d to purchase lottery tickets. Because that is a law I went back to my car to obtain my I.d. when I walked back up a guy walked up in front of me and purchased cigarettes and tobacco products, he was not asked for identification. Once I approached the register again.. I asked why was he not I.ded the attendant in response said that's his store he's the manager and he I.d's whom he wants!! After gas and a lighter and lottery cards I was extremely upset! If the prices weren't the objective I wouldn't return. He was rude, ignorant and stated I.ding for tobacco Is not the law! He gleamed in big gold jewelry and an attitude of if he may be better than I.

As I was refueling, a young female attendant walked over to the pump, on the backside of the pump I was using, to check something. Another customer was using that pump. The extremely frightening thing about this is the attendant was SMOKING not even 4ft from the pump as it was in use. She took a big draw off the cigarette as she was messing with the pump! When she finished with that one, she walked around to my side, smoking and flicking off her ashes. I asked her to please step back because I didn't want to risk being blown up because of her smoking. She just looked at me at and said "Sorry", but didn't stop smoking. I'm not sure if Walmart or Murphy is responsible for this station, but someone needs to make sure the employees are following the posted rules for being around gasoline. I don;t appreciate my life being endangered for this attendant's stupidity.

Made a mistake and hit next too fast. My apologies. The staff there are always nice. I like everyone who works. I visit there a few times a week. Love what you did by putting up the large refrigerator's. Much nicer look and now a larger variety.
