I don't appreciate the rude sarcastic answer to a question. "Is that all for you?" She asked Yes ........the pinpad does not say insert card... Do I put my debit card now? I ask. "sigh, only if you want to pay for it now" They ALL work different, MOST you have to wait or re-insert it, I replied "Yeah everyone says the others make noise-this one doesn't" I think a yes would have worked, don't you?

I was not greeted or thanked for being a customer attendant was short and rude when he talked.

For almost 7 years I have used the Murphy station at the Wal Mart Center on Creighton Rd, Pensacola, Fl. Why do you not have an inspector who can find worn out pump fixtures? I have complained about this repeatedly and have sent e mail before this one. You just lost a fill up of my fuel tank because I got so disgusted trying to keep the worn out handle working . I left after being able to buy only.779 gallon. There is a RACETRAK just as close.

I sent my 11 year old daughter to prepay $30 cash for pump 9 and the attendant Equilla only set the pump for $25. I confronted Equilla and she corrected it; but she did not even apologize or even speak to me. She just added $5 and handed me a receipt. I feel like this was not a mistake and Equilla deliberately tried to take advantage of us thinking we would not notice.

I pay with my Walmart card which is supposed to get me a five cents off a gallon price. The pump wouldn't take my ZIP Code so I had to go up to the window to pay and the woman I paid did not take the five cents off a gallon that I'm entitled to buy using my Walmart card. Unfortunately I didn't notice this till I was halfway home. Home is not around the corner so I did not go back. I also had to wait for five minutes for the attendant show up. I don't know where she was but she wasn't at the window.

My Debit card was scammed at one of the pumps at this location which cleaned out my bank acct.Problem was resolved with that incident.This visit ,the pump was acting suspicious as before so i went inside to pay.Paid teller and pumped gas.After returning home discovered Card was scammed for $75,but refunded.Please check on this locations pump and card readers

The attendant was aware of problem, she did not have a cone nor did she tell me the pump was pouring out gas. She was hosing down the area but she could have warned me before I got it all over me. I went home & washed off the gas but still smell it. This could have been a serious problem. There should be a cut off valve available to prevent injury or a cone to alert others of the problem. It was not a small leak. I saw her with the hose & believed that she was just cleaning the area with water or I would have never parked there. I put my card in and did not know until I lifted the handle. Then gas was everywhere.
