I don't really think of getting Gas being a satisfying experience. It was actually a good experience this time around because I was given a Valentines DAY ROSE....So that was extra nice and unexpected. so I guess I was highly satisfied after all....

I very seldom rate anything Highly Satisfied. If an employee did something helpful or was very outgoing then Highly Satisfied would be applicable. Doing every thing at the pump there was no interaction with any employee. Perhaps they could greet customers over the intercom system with something like "Good morning/afternoon/evening welcome to Murphy USA."

Past problems with attendants not being around and gas pumps not having paper for receipts. This trip was fine. Can't say that about the last 10 trips. It takes more than 1 great experience to overshadow a bad experience. There have been many not good experiences.

There was nothing special about my visit. It was a self serve station and all I got was fuel.
