I activated the pump and before I pressed the trigger ,I was charged for fuel that was not being dispensed! The pump was running by itself!

at pump 15, there was diesel fuel spilled all over the ground. I slipped as I was getting out of my truck on the slick. The card reader on the regular pump took several minutes to approve my purchase. I told the attendant about the spill and she said ok. She was on the way to empty trash and did not seem too concerned.

The card readers on the fuel pumps have not been functioning for the past two weeks.

In order to use a credit card at the pump you must input your zip code. The key pad did nothing when I tried to enter my number. This caused me to have to pay at the attendant taking extra time

I pre-paid $35 dollars for fuel with the attendant. I did not use all $35 but $27 dollars. The cashier said that the remaining balance would be credited back, which it was not. I'd like this corrected.

Every time I come between mid week. They are out of my cigarettes. Then when I am asked I assume that it's the manager that I am speaking with at the window, she is always in a rush and on the phone. I have been coming to this Murphy for 5 year's and my recent service is horrible. The upgrade on the outside is nice but the manager doesn't have any personal skills

The receipt did not print, and the Gas Station TV was really annoying.

It seems that most of your pumps were not working. I had to go speak to the attendant several times, to no avail. But he didn't seem to want to be bothered. I tried to used pumps that other people were able to successfully use, but for some reason it didn't work when I did it. This happened on four different pumps. The attendant, instead of being helpful, was annoyed and exasperated. My tank was empty, my child was waiting for me at his game, luckily I made it to another gas station down the street and pumped gas without any problems. Not only were most of your pumps not working but your attendant was terribly unpleasant and unprofessional.

I had a coupon for an item and the scanner would not read the coupon. The attendant could not correct the issue, even though it is a valid coupon and not expired. Therefore, I could not use my coupon toward my purchase. Also, the Snapple Tea I purchased was spoiled.
