My gas cap was stuck & meter cut off,which i was not expectin. I did not get the .05 cet per gallon discount for using my walmart card. Site 7052 Trace 2515 MerchMU13927283001 invoice 092763 auth# 019544 . Followed prompts on screen, 4-19-2016, 17.22 site 7052 trace 2517 MerchMU13927283001 invoice #092765 auth #019978 card amt $31.75 ,did not get .05 cent discount for using my walmart card. Has discount been eliminated? I always purchase my gasoline @Murphy and have been a customer for many years. Do you have an answer for me? Martha Bache

The sign said 1.89 and on the pump it was 1.95. When I asked the attendant she said they didn't have time to change the sign with an attitude

The pump wouldn't read my card and the line at the attendant was too long and too slow so I left

I'd just purchased a gas gift card from inside Walmart and the card wouldn't read at the cashier's register nor at the gas pump. I'd just had this issue a couple of days ago. I explained this to the cashier and was told that it's a Walmart problem and I needed to return to the store to get another card. I asked her to call her manager for help and was told by cashier Angela that there's noone to call. I told her that the manager is usually present in the mornings and I'd like for her to contact her. The cashier eventually called the mgr who told me that they are Murphy USA and Walmart has to fix the problem. I called Murphy USA customer service to report issue and spoke with operator #14-Tara who said she was documenting the problem and would have someone to check the pumps and readers. This has taken me more than an hour to correct without a heartfelt apology from Murphy USA.

Would not return my card was decline and I had money on it and when I asked the cashier he was rude and stupid. He couldn't tell me why and had poor customer service

I began pumping gasoline and after a moment, the gasoline started pumping slowly, then eventually stopped. I went to the attendants and they said that the station was closed. Also, on this and previous occasions, the pump starts and stops frequently which increases the time of pumping as well as makes it difficult to know when the tank is full.
