I went to the window to purchase lottery tickets. No one was inside and I had to wait at least 5 minutes before the attendant (who was cleaning the ground by the pumps) to even see me. There need to be at least 2 people working or have the attendant check the building more often to make sure no one is waiting in line and when she sees someone waiting, she should hurry back to wait on the customer.

I used a Walmart credit card and I was supposed to get 5 cents off my gas price. In talking to the attendant, she said its only 3 cents cheaper. I stated that, the advertisement needed to come down. As pumping the gas, the gas didn't even come down the 3 cents I was supposed to be discounted for.

The attendant, Susan C, was sitting behind the cigarette rack in the kiosk on the telephone. The window was closed. There was nobody but me at the desk. I was waiting for a bit, tapped on the counter a number of times to get her attention to no avail. I was about to leave and go to Tom Thumb across the street when she finally saw me and got up. She gave the impression that I was bothering her. I stated what I needed, got product, she did not ask if I wanted 3 pack deal or any other special. Did not invite me back...nothing. My husband used to go to this store for fuel/cigarettes on a daily basis prior to this woman being hired/moved to this location. He has told me about this person before and how she treated him, but this is the first time I've dealt with her. He refuses to even go to this location for ANY service...and now I can see why.
