Second time going there and somewhat surprised at the condition of the site. I have money on a walmart card for fuel and this is why im likely to go back

Wanted to pay cash. Could not. Cashier not present. I have tried to make a cash payment at least 3 times at this location. At various times and days. Each time there was no cashier in the booth to pay. When the cashier finally saw me, they took their time and I drove off without a purchase. I made a purchase this time so you could be aware of the problem. I normally put in 20 gallons per week and will take my busines where there is an attendant I can pay cash as I am trying to protect myself from Identity theft by using a debit card to make purchases. Also, I could not have used a Walmart card for my purchase today as they were not working in the card readers at this location today.

Very long lines for both gas and to check out. The attendant could be a bit more kind.

The reason I use this Murphy USA is because it's the closest to the Walmart I use. More times than not the attendant is rude and disrespectful and the lines are long. The time before this one all the pumps were out of order. I enjoy using Murphy but this particular location needs some work. Thank you, James Devereux

instead of greeting me the attendant had her ear buds in and was on the phone. Brought her attention to it and she acted very nonchalantly. Thought company policy states no cell phone usage. If not, it should be.

Pump ran slower than my grandmother..

Most of the pump readers didn't work

Bought a gas card at walmart but has station was closed. It was very aggravating

It took over 30 minutes to pump 26 gallons. I needed a lot more for aux tank but could not stand staying that long. Attendant was notified and I returned next day to the same problem. I went to this location 3 times for a total of about 60 gallons that took almost an hour and a half of pump time combined. Get this fixed and make the one island a dedicated diesel island, there are enough diesel drivers to warrant this as other locations there is a wait time to get to the pump due to only one island pumping diesel.

It took the pump 35 minutes to pump 24.710 gallons of gas. I was counting faster then the pump was changing cents. I watched at least 5 auto give up and drive off.
