Attendant was not friendly but did say "have a nice day" after I thanked him.

The attendant was nice but she was smoking near the gas pumps....not sure if she was alert at the time or on break

Pump kept cutting off, had to keep re-starting. Had 3 different receipts to pay for gas.

They were out of my cigarettes . This is the third week in a row they have been out of my cigarettes.

You never have the pall Mall red cigareettes with the coupon. For years you did but the new distributor SUCKS. they only deliver a few of these cartons and that at random times. i think they are selling them all to your competitors for a kickback. I may have to buy somewhere else if this distributor doesn't quit screwing up. Please Fire them . They Really suck and are really hurting your business.

I have tried to get pall Mall reds with the coupon for 2 months. They keep telling me next wed. The New distributor SUX. They got 40 cartons of menthol but none of the red. It used to be very predictable the first week of the month.Now it is never there. I had to buy my last cartons in Alabama while on business. The New Distributor is horrible. The store is fine , the people are fine, the Availability sux. I keep going back 2-3 times per week but they are never there. They must have gotten a big kickback from this worthless distributor or he is selling all my cigarettes somewhere else. I am really mad.
