Too many questions just to make a purchase....im all about getting in and getting out...if you require this of your employees stop it....

It was bad enough that the pump had no receipt. As already mentioned, this is a common problem at this location. On the up side, it did have blue water and paper towels for washing windshield! It doesn't always have them. In the dark, having to go between two huge arrays of stuff you want to sell, approaching a dark cashier's window, was a little scary -- and I'm no wimp, at 6' 3" and over 200 pounds. Turned out, the cashier seemed to have been hunkering down, where I could not see her. Once she made herself apparent, and I asked for my receipt, she gave it to me promptly enough, but I shouldn't have had to spend that time or have that experience. The machine should have had paper. And, the room where she was hiding should have been well lit . . . along with the tunnel leading to it.

ON pump #7, inspection sticker was torn and safety seal was tampered with. Once I noticed this, I stopped pumping and left. I drove to another gas station to purchase fuel.

Price on sign at street said "Today's Price $1.76". When I swiped my card at the pump, the price was $1.77. I asked the clerk why the advertised price on the street was $1.76 and the price at the pump was $1.77. The Asian lady said they must not have changed the price. I told her that was false advertising. She had no comment.

They had installed new pumps and the one i pulled in at was not working properly. it would not accept my credit card and I had to stand in a long line and wait. I was told by the cashier that she was having trouble with that pump. Why did she not put a yellow bag over it to show customers pump was not working properly. I barely made it back into my car when it started pouring rain.

I had a gift card with money on it and whenever I put it into the pump it would not acknowledge it would not accept I went back into the store 3 different times to redo that gift card and I came back out and the pump still would not accept I finally went to the register and she had to swipe it on the register for it to accept and at that point I noticed I was missing $7. never recovered my money. Went back inyo store had them call corp. With my reciepts In hand 3 hrs later still no $7 They couldnt gigure out do Im Out $7. THEN a man came in with the same exact problem only he was missing $20.d

I'd like to know where your attendance get off yelling at a customer Ring up for drinks just to find out there were only 3 on the shelf and when I asked for a refund she yelled at me like I was in the wrong And that was after the fact of me pulling out the money to pay for the stuff In her scoffing in going oh my God because I pulled out some change so I could pay her exact change every time I go I have a problem with this attended when she's working
