Highly Satisfied is a special rating for the most exceptional service/product/personnel and I reserve it for those cases. Since you have such a limited range of selection I chose to use Satisfied rather than neither Satisfied nor dissatisfied. And, by the way, payment options are limited to one, and I used two. I paid cash at the register for my snacks and charged my fuel at the pump on my credit card.
