had to wait a pretty long time at cashier but there was 4 people ahead of me

I'm in Alabama, and you have increased gas prices by $0.20 per gallon in a week's time. This was right after a gas pipeline rupture in Shelby county. And you are doing this in spite of the Governor warning you and the other oil companies not to do so as it is ulawful. If it weren't for the discount for using your credid card, I would find somewhere else to buy gas.

Always crowded. Hard to get in and out.

Some times it's full of other people getting gas themselves and it does make it difficult to get in and out.

The parking lot needs more room to move around in, people tend to pull in front of the cashiers box & block the driving area & when people are waiting in line it tends to take up additional space causing problems driving through to a pump.

No reason, just didn't really pay that much attention. Although I did notice that they had installed new pumps I was highly satisfied with the performance of those.

I was highly satisfied. Don't understand the question. It's a trip I make every 10 to 14 days. If I didn't patronize it that much I wouldn't be satisfied.

It is convenient and clean. The price is always the lowest in town. They have just recently gotten new pumps that are much safer from ID theft . They are always very busy but worth the wait.
