I was definitley satisfied with my experience at Murphy they do a good job with the up keep around the outside and I was very satisfied with my visit

Drinks weren't cold enough. The units are outside. I suppose this would be the reason.

same price as competitors used to be less expensive.

The attendant was new and I tried to add money to my walmart gift card. She said she figured it out and charged me 50.00. I then cashed in a lottery ticket and she was more concerned with the line behind me. She then realized she could add the 50.00 so I had to ask her for my money since I had already paid. She then looked out the door for the manager and stated he was somewhere and her line was getting long she needed to wait in someone else. I then suggested she knock on the door where the manager was and he never opened the door. Not sure where he was. Then I wanted to purchase 4 cartons of cigarettes instead of her waiting on the person behind me. She then was very upset and the manager walked in and started shaking his head and pointed to his jacket at the Murphee sign and I had to tell him if he was trying to talk to me I could not hear him. His then smart mouth stated he had worked there 10 years and they can't load gift cards which I had already been told. The cashier then shorted me 2.00 and I had to go back to get that, I tried to leave my name and number and was told it didn't mater and they handed me the 2 dollars.

I had to go to another pump to see the price per gallon as it wasn't showing up on the pump where I was parked.

Hard to get in and out of the area.

Price at the pump went up eleven cents per gallon from the time I dove by this location a little earlier in the day to visit a patient at the hospital nearby and the time I returned to fill my tank. Also the printer did not print out a receipt so I had to go to the window to ask for a printed receipt. All else was satisfactory.

Since my gas purchase, my car is sputtering with water in my tank. Yes, it has rained a lot but I'm going to have to get the gas treated $ and/ or have my tank drained $ or have to replace my fuel pump $$. What will you do about it?

After I swiped my credit card, the ONLY options showing on the screen were to purchase different priced fuel additives. I pressed the fuel grade selection and was able to fuel my vehicle after thinking about it for awhile and being unable to find alternative options. THIS IS WRONG!!! How many suckers have you conned into buying unnecessary fuel additives with this unethical and possibly illegal trick. I am seriously considering contacting the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs and filing a complaint.
