I am always greeted when I am there and the service is great! One employee stands out the most on what she does and that's kimberly.

Was a good place to get fuel go there three to four times a week .ease to get in and out and friendly service would recommend to others.

Dustin, the manager of this Murphy USA located near Walmart at Hannibal, Missouri, and I have become acquainted with each other on a first name basis. He recognizes me on each of my visits and I recognize him. Dustin has remembered my buying habits and has my carton of cigarettes waiting for me when he sees me. He has always been friendly, courteous, polite, and professional. I look forward to seeing him on duty when I shop there. When he is not there when I am there, I miss seeing him and visiting with him. He makes me feel important and I know that he appreciates me as a customer!

I actually have 3 gas stations that are closer to me but I choose to go to Murphy's because of the friendly service. All the associates are very nice and always thank me. Dustin is my favorite, he's very personable, professional, & we always have small talk. He makes you feel appreciative that I use their service. That guy definitely needs a raise. Keep up the good work.
