I used my Walmart Credit card and did not get the discount I thought I was supposed to get. I'm not so much as dissatisfied as confused. Why didn't I get the discount?

the 5% on Walmart credit card has been discontinued and the 3% is no longer at the pump.

Walmart gave me incentive to get their credit card by promising five cents a gallon off the pump price at Murphy. This discount was not reflected on my purchase of over 20 gallons. The attendant stated that the terms of the card had been changed.
